Returns & Refunds
As chocolates are spoilable items we can only accept returns and issue refunds for orders that arrive damaged. If this is the case, please get in contact ASAP after receiving your order. Please send us photographic evidence of any damage to the outer postal envelope and of the damage to the product. Please ensure you send these details within 24 hours of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund, you must return the item to us in its original packaging. You will be responsible for paying the postage costs for returning your item. All original postage costs are non-refundable.
Please email email@example.com with your order details and the photographic evidence. I will then reply with a return address.
Once we have received your return and assessed the damage, we will send you an email to confirm all received and will issue your refund, if approved. The refund will then be processed and you will receive the money back to your original method of payment within 3-5 working days.
